WAC 2025 3rd — Dharun Vyas (India). Position: Inverted. 16.5g in grinder → 16g in AeroPress. Filter: 1x Classic + Flow Control cap. Water: distilled + Zura Magic Potion to 87 PPM at 88°C. Method: chopstick depression → spiral pour to 65ml → wait 20s → heavy pour to 208ml → wait 10s, cap → invert, 4-5 aggressive swirls → wait 10s → plunge over 1:00 → add 12ml room-temp bypass at 87ppm → swirl and blow 30s → serve.
