WAC 2018 Champion — Carolina Garay (USA). Setting is 8/10 on the competitor's self-reported scale (1=very fine, 10=very coarse), not native EK43 clicks. Position: Inverted. Filter: paper, rinsed hot. Water: Brita-filtered at 85°C. Method: 100g water for 30s → vigorous chopstick stir 30s → flip and press 30s → do not preheat vessel → top up with 60g at 85°C + 40g room-temp.
