WAC 2025 Champion — Némo Pop (Australia). Position: Upright. Burrs: Tigershark, sifted at 200um. Filter: Flow Control Filter Cap + 2x Paper Filters. Water: 125ppm at 84°C, bypass at 50°C. Method: 70g bypass into carafe → 100g brew water into AeroPress → stir NSNS-WEWE at 25s → press at 50s for 20s.
