WAC 2025 2nd — Jan Ahrend (Switzerland). Position: Inverted. Filters: 2x standard paper, rinsed. Water: 88°C, ~60 ppm (Apax Labs formula). Method: 100g water circular pour → stir 5x NSWE → attach cap, expel air → at 1:30 flip → press at 1.0-2.0 g/s to 66g yield → dilute to 152g final → cool to ~54°C.
